Muscle Factory Gym makes cancelling a membership easy and convenient. You may cancel your membership at any time, however we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice prior to a billing period to avoid being charged for the following month. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. For instance, if your billing date was the 18th, you would need to submit a cancellation request before the 8th.
Please keep in mind that IF you are submitting an EMAIL request to our billing company, PARAMOUNT ACCEPTANCE, and its advised you give them more than the minimum time required to avoid any issues with processing a cancellation.
It is the responsibility of the member to submit cancellation requests in a timely manner.
HOW TO CANCEL
We offer two ways to cancel a membership:
1. You can submit your cancellation notice in person at the front desk during staffed hours. You will need to sign a digital and physical cancellation form and any past dues must be paid before
cancelling.
2. *You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our billing company by sending an email to: cs@paramountacceptance.com. Any past dues must be paid current before cancelling.
*YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Provide a typed statement saying: I am giving my notice to cancel my membership with Muscle Factory Gym.
Failure to provide this information may delay the cancellation request. You will receive TWO emails from Paramount Acceptance:
1. You will receive one automated email with a ticket number letting you know Paramount received your request to cancel. Please be aware if you do not receive this email within a few hours, the email did not go through.
2. Then within 3-5 business days, you will receive another email letting you know if either:
a. They need more information because what was provided was insufficient to cancel your membership, so you will need to respond with your email, phone number, etc.
b. You owe another payment because you were within 10 days of your billing and will let you know when you have access until.
c. You do not owe another payment and that your membership has been cancelled.
Please keep all emails regarding cancellation in case you experience a problem with the cancellation.
