Ryan specializes in weight loss management as well as bodybuilding for both men and women. His passion for health and fitness is deeply rooted in his journey of losing 100 lbs of body fat to eventually step on an NPC stage and take home second place in Classic Physique. One day, he will earn his IFBB Pro Card and work with elite competitors. Bodybuilding consists of a few important puzzle pieces, and Ryan covers every last detail: muscle activation, volume, intensity, nutrition, and recovery.

Megan Brasee

Megan Brasee

Certifications: ACSM CPT, Pace, One Barbell, Strength & Conditioning, and HIIT accredited through ACE/NASM.

In addition to weight loss management, Megan specializes in Strength and Conditioning in order to teach people to move efficiently, quickly, and pain free. Her approach to nutrition is unique, because she believes the best way is all ways  it does not matter if you are vegan, keto, carnivore, or if you really just like chocolate and pasta. The number one goal for every client remains the same; we need to rebuild the metabolism and get the body functioning at optimal levels. Megan focuses on implementing small life changes that will end up making a lifelong difference.

I grew up in Polson MT. Wrestled in college on a scholarship. Been working for myself for 20 years. Have participated in 11 NPC body building shows. Trained many UFC athletes for strength and conditioning. My focus is general weight loss and getting into overall shape.

Certifications: NASM & BS in Nutrition Arizona State University.

Ernie is nationally recognized in the bodybuilding community, an NPC Judge and a former bodybuilding competitor. He has over 32 years of personal training and competition prep experience, in which he has trained over 30 IFBB Pros. Ernie specializes in total body transformation, weight loss programs, HIIT programs, boot camp and contest prep1. He trains one-on-one and small groups and is passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals. Ernie says there is nothing better than getting a text or a phone call from a client sharing their most recent success story.

Eric is from Utah and has 13 years of personal training experience. He has competed in four bodybuilding/men’s physique competitions and is PT certified. Eric is passionate about helping his clients maintain a healthy, active lifestyle and truly believes that a fit life builds the confidence, determination and strength needed in all aspects of life. Training types: Groups, one-on-one & boot camps.

Hailey St. Clair

Hailey St. Clair

Certifications: NASM-CPT. NASM-PES.

Hailey specializes in performance enhancement to help people reach a more athletic appearance and trains with the goal of seeing others love and enjoy the gym as much as she does. Hailey grew up in Gilbert, AZ as a soccer player then attended the University of Arizona and became an Athletic Training Tech for college athletes. After college, her passion for fitness grew stronger and she became certified in National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Hailey looks forward to assisting others along the way, to not only reach their goals but to give them the tools and knowledge for continued success in health and fitness for the rest of their lives. Training types: one-on-one, pairs, and groups.
